We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions accurately. Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. 

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts and offers are valid for limited periods as stated.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Bumzee reserves the right to disable Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers with repeated order refusals.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Bumzee reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

All content on this website including logos, images, designs, and text is the intellectual property of Bumzee and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bumzee’s liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased. Bumzee shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
