Return Window

We accept return/exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted. Any damaged or defective product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange

  • Wrong size received

  • Defective or damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product significantly different from website description

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered

  • Items without original tags and packaging

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at wecare@bumzee.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9579462733 with:

  • Order number

  • Product name and the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

Our team typically responds within 24–48 business hours. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost for most serviceable pincodes. In certain remote areas, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

Refund or Exchange?

We primarily offer size exchanges or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method will be processed for defective/wrong products only, within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, refund  will be issued.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as UPI Transfer or via bank transfer (NEFT) upon sharing bank account details.
