Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timelines

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 2-4 business days

Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 4-7 business days

Remote / rural areas: 7-10 business days
Timelines are indicative. Delays may occur during festive seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances. Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, Bumzee is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹799. A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies on orders below this amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on orders up to ₹2000. A small COD fee of ₹29 applies. Bumzee reserves the right to disable COD for certain high-risk orders or repeat order refusals. COD orders may be confirmed via call or message before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. Track your order at [tracking link] or directly on the courier partner's website.
Courier Partners
We ship via trusted logistics partners including [Ekart Logistics / Shiprocket / others]. Pincode serviceability may vary. Courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the shipment.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, re-shipping charges of ₹99 will apply. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Bumzee will not be liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.
GST Invoice
All orders are shipped with a valid GST invoice.
